One of the reasons I've decided to give a little more attention to blogging is share some of the fun events and details that have up until now, only been enjoyed by a few guests. We've had the opportunity to collaborate with so many remarkably talented artists and vendors over the years. It was truly inspiring to work with Courtney Jentzen of Swiss Cottage Designs on this suite a few years back. Her illustrations are incredible. She truly captured the essence of our adorable clients Becca and Jon; their fun spirit, their beloved pup Taz and the beauty of their wedding location in Napa Valley.
Their weekend was packed full of games... a trivia night on Friday kicked off the weekend, the Saturday wedding was a relaxed affair with croquet, cornhole, horseshoes, a super fun photo booth by Buzz Photo and even a giant red heart pinata, + an after party with Karaoke at Bardessono in Yountville. Sunday brought the weekend to a close with bocce and a brunch prepared to order from one of Napa Valley's delicious food trucks.
A few of my favorite details.. the super cute envelope liner with gold horseshoes and tag line "coming to our wedding is the best idea... ever. We repeated the horseshoe illustration on the programs which featured their dreamy engagement photo by the amazing Jose Villa in a glassine envelope. And, last but not least... perhaps one of my favorite all-time invitation details - their adorable pup Taz with classic wedding tin cans tied to his tail.
Thanks to Courtney for taking these fab photos of the set and of course big thanks to Nicole Sillapere and Ethan Mantle (and Jose Villa) who always make me look good on everything we do.
Through her namesake company, Rosemary Hattenbach produces spectacular celebrations.
